- WhatsApp Data: Contact information of leads interacted with via our automation (stored securely for your dashboard).
- Payment Information: Processed through our secure partners (Stripe); we do not store full card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI automation services.
- Process transactions and send related information.
- Analyze trends and usage to better understand our users' needs.
- Communicate with you about products, services, and events.
3. Data Protection & Processing (DPDP)
We handle your data in accordance with modern privacy standards, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. All lead data captured through your AI agents remains your exclusive property. We act solely as a data processor for your business.
- Data Isolation: Your data is stored in logically isolated schemas. Cross-tenant access is strictly prohibited at the database level.
- Retention: We retain dashboard data for the duration of your active subscription. You can request a "wipe" of your lead database at any time from the account settings.
4. AI Model Usage Disclosure
Our AI agents are powered by specialized Language Models (OpenAI GPT-4o, etc.). To protect your privacy:
- Your data is never submitted for public model training.
- All AI processing is done over encrypted SSL channels.
- We do not store plain-text conversation logs unless you have enabled "Human-in-the-loop" monitoring in your dashboard.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We also use third-party analytics (Google Analytics) to improve our service. You can opt out of non-essential tracking via your browser settings.
