2. 7-Day Refund Policy

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our monthly and annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the ZenoFlow platform, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Please note: Setup fees for custom AI solutions (e.g., AI Calling Agents or custom enterprise integrations) are non-refundable once the setup process has been initiated.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming via WhatsApp).
  • You have not used more than 20% of your monthly API call allocation.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
