ZenoFlow provides an AI-driven automation platform for business communication. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our usage policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscription & Payments

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that tier. All payments are processed securely through our partners (Stripe). Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled.

3. AI Content & Liability Disclaimer

Our platform uses advanced Artificial Intelligence models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are for informational purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for the actions taken by your AI agents and the content they deliver to your customers.
• ZenoFlow is not liable for any business disruptions, missed leads, or perceived inaccuracies generated by the automation system.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Our commitment to your satisfaction is outlined in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the 7-day refund guarantee and the terms specified therein.

5. Service Uptime & Data

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We perform regular backups but are not responsible for data loss. Users are encouraged to export their leads periodically via the dashboard.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our anti-spam policies or engage in illegal activities using our WhatsApp automation tools.
